The Director of Operations is responsible for providing operational, administrative, and service support for the daily operations of the organization including new account processing, and client service operations. Lauren will monitor your new accounts transferring in, process your check deposits and help with client service requests. She helps ensure efficient and streamlined processes in providing excellent service to our clients.
