Dechtman Wealth Management is pleased to announce a $7,000 scholarship for two essay contests. Twice annually for fall and spring semesters, Dechtman Wealth Management will select and award one scholarship winner a $3,500 scholarship per semester.
Dechtman Wealth Management believes a better-educated society is crucial to continued progress. Unfortunately, receiving a college education has become a financial burden for many students and their families. This scholarship is designed to help students receive a quality education so they can better their lives, as well as their communities. Dechtman Wealth Management also believes that individuals must demonstrate high moral character and perseverance to make an enduring positive impact.
This scholarship is open to all undergraduate students currently enrolled in a two- or four-year accredited American college, regardless of major or area of study.
Any U.S. student who meets the eligibility requirements is invited to apply for the Dechtman Wealth Management scholarship. Applicants must submit an 800 to 1,200-word essay on the following topic:

The essay submission window is 12:00 a.m. MDT on February 15th to 12:00 a.m. MDT on March 30th for spring semester. The essay submission window is 12:00 a.m. MDT on September 15th to 12:00 a.m. MDT on October 30th for the fall semester. Applications submitted before February 15th or September 15th will not be accepted. Applications submitted between April 1st, and September 14th will also not be accepted. The spring and fall applications must be submitted during the appropriate time windows.
All submitted essays will be reviewed by the Dechtman Wealth Management Scholarship Committee. The scholarship winner will be selected and notified via letter and email on November 30 for spring semester and April 30 for fall semester.
Dechtman Wealth Management scholarship funds must be used for tuition.
